Infusion Nursing develops as a Specialty

Infusion therapy has evolved from an extreme measure used on only the most critically ill to a highly specialized form of treatment being used for 90 % or more, of all hospitalized patients. Infusion therapy in today's world has become the most vital part of the health care system. It is no longer confined to the hospital settings. Infusion therapies are now delivered in alternative care sites such as the home healthcare, skilled nursing facilities, camps and clinics. The growth of the infusion nursing specialty continues with the advances in pharmacology and technology. As the new biologic agents, whose method of administration is via infusion, continues to increase, so does the infusion nurse's role As this role strengthens and grows, the need for a specialized and committed body Is vital to provide with the educational opportunities and resources to support our members and this specialty. INS is the premier professional organization for infusion nursing and the ultimate resource for successful infusion practice.

Lunch co-sponsorships: the INS conference 2023 will have 2 lunches for all delegates. The name of the company co-sponsoring the meals will be displayed at the meal counters. We will give sponsors space for branding in the food area. The sponsoring amount is as follows: Lunch (day 1) :Rs. 100000/-Lunch(day 2): Rs. 100000/-

Website: We expect at least 2000 hits on the INS website in one year. The sponsoring company's logo will appear on the website. The sponsorship amount is Rs. 200000/- per year.

. Power point display during scientific presentations /preconference workshop. The sponsorship amount is Rs. 50000/- It will be displayed 5 times (as provided by the sponsor).

General instructions to trade participants and assignment of space

• The stall will be handed over to the company at 7pm on 30th November 2023.
• The company must vacate the stall area by 5am on 1st December 2023.
• Each exhibitor will have to abide by the fire and safety norms of the auditorium.
• No nailing will be allowed. For branding purpose only double-sided tapes to be used.
• Stall owners can display banners and hoardings within designated stall areas only.
• No banners or display boards will be allowed outside the stall area.
• Any damage caused to the stall material will have to be compensated to the contractor.
• Subletting of stalls will be considered as breach of contract and in such a case the stall owner will be asked to vacate the stall with immediate effect and a fine of Rs.25000/-
• Priority for space assignment will be made on "first come first serve" basis.
• The organizing committee of INS 2023 reserves the right to make any revisions to the floor plan.

Terms and Conditions:

• Sponsorship offers shall be entertained on a first come first serve basis.
• All sponsorship payments shall be payable in Indian Rupees net of all taxes & TDS due.
• The sponsorship offer shall be confirmed only on receipt of the full sponsorship amount
• The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of sponsorship.
• For prominent exhibition and advertisement space book as early as possible.
• Stalls would be allocated on first cum basis.

Cancellation Policy:

• 50% of the payment will be refunded if canceled before 1st November 2023.
• Cancellation received on or after 1st November 2023 would not be entitled for any refund.
