After the successful launch of INS-India, the city forums are now blooming with prodigious intensity. In 2015, INS India launched its forum in Hyderabad after resounding success in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Kerala (North Zone and South Zone) Mumbai, The Pune City Forum was launched in July 2017, Bhubaneswar City Forum in 2018 and Ahmedabad City Forum in 2019. We have had a great number of City Chapters conducted virtually in all four regions (North- Delhi, South-Hyderabad, Bangalore, East- Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, West- Pune, Mumbai, and Gujarat), Ahmadabad, Chennai, Punjab, and Goa during the pandemic in 2020- 2021.

The aim of the forums was to provide nurses and related healthcare professionals with a platform to exchange the latest knowhow about infusion therapy techniques, best practices and global infusion standards resulting in better outcomes, higher patient satisfaction and safer care.

In 2013, the 2nd National Conference was held at New Delhi and we also signed up with Peer Panels, a US based research market agency.

In 2014, Marcia Wise, INS-US member and a past President of NAVAN, National association of Vascular Access Networks with 30 years of experience in Infusion Therapy visited India. INS-India was privileged to have her in the INS city forum meetings held at Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi.
